More G7 Results from April 14 - 15 Tournaments

There was a lot of action for Game 7 teams this past weekend. The 5th grade girls played in their first ever tournament at Coaches Choice. The opened their season with an 18 - 3 win over Lightning Connolly. The lost their next 3 but 2 of them were heartbreakers. The 4th grade boys Von Essen went 1 - 2 at Hooperstown losing their games by 2 points and 1 point before winning by 20. Also in action was 6th grade girls at Coaches Choice had a tough draw going 0 - 4 but the girls played exceptionally well. 6th grade boys Fox played at Hooperstown and lost a tough game against GOSH before winning their next 2 over TriState and Lightning Accetta. Brain Fox had 18 in the last game to lead the way. 6th grade boys Lombardi also played in their first tournament going 0 - 3 but the boys played well. The 10th grade girls played in the Coaches Choice tournament. The girls played shorthanded with 5 the first day losing 2 close games including a buzzer beater. The girls came back the 2nd day to win both games. Overall it was a very successful weekend for G7. Congratulations to all the teams.
